Linda Li received her medical education, in both Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese medicine, in Kunming, China and also received a Certificate of Clinical Research Methodology from the Chinese Medical Academy in Beijing, China. She was a member of and served as Secretary of the Board of the Kunming City Traditional Chinese Medical Institution.
Linda Li served as In-patient doctor with Kunming City Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital in Yunnan, China for 8 years. At the end of this period, she was promoted to Physician-in-Charge of Internal Medicine at the hospital. She worked in this capacity for 5 years. Also, during her thirteen-year tenure with the hospital, Dr. Li published 10 medical clinical research papers in medical journals in China.
Xinsong "Linda" Li is licensed as an acupuncturist with the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice, and has over 20 years of clinical experience in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. She had been in practice with Carolyn Bowles, MD, in the Southdale Medical Center for 5 years, and with Jeffrey Sawyer, MD, at Parkdale Plaza Building in St. Louis Park, also for 5 years.
